2012 Art Safari : September 3-7. In 2011 I began leading Art Safaris in South Africa for Africa Geographic magazine. The safaris are
designed to teach guests how to sketch wildlife quickly and confidently. Most of our sketching is
done from an open vehicle on morning and afternoon game drives, but the lodge also has an excellent
waterhole which is visited by wildlife throughout the day. Numbers are limited to 5 guests per trip.
and the cost is South African Rand: 17,200 per person (approx US$2139). This includes return
transfers by road from Johannesburg to The Bush House, 4 nights full board accommodation, gate entrance fees for Madikwe Game Reserve, all guided game activities (drives, walks), art tuition by
Alison Nicholls and drinks (soft drinks, water, tea, coffee, juice, local beer and wine).
